Signing in

Google supplies your verified email address and account identifier so we can check that you are an approved family member. Basic profile information, such as your Google display name and profile picture, may also be included in the encrypted sign-in session. We keep your membership and session records to control access. Essential, secure cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. The website never receives your Google password.

Our shared calendar

The owner can connect Google Calendar with read-only permission and choose calendars to show to signed-in family members. The website reads upcoming event titles, dates, times and locations, and uses event identifiers to combine duplicates. It does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events.

Calendar access credentials are encrypted and kept on the server until the owner disconnects the calendar. Events are retrieved to display the rolling four-week view; they are not saved as a permanent event archive. Only the calendars selected by the owner appear in the shared view.

Hosting and sharing

The website runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which process the information needed to host and operate it. Selected calendar information is shared only within the authenticated family portal. This website has no advertising, analytics trackers or sale of personal data. Google Calendar information is not used to train AI models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

Sign out to end the current website session. The owner can disconnect the calendar on the Diary page to delete the website’s saved Google Calendar credentials. Google access can also be revoked under third-party connections in your Google Account. For family access changes or deletion of membership records, contact the family website owner directly.
